House speakers

We have 4 House Speakers:
-

    1. and 2. Vorsitzender:
    ●     Leading the meetings of the Senate and General Assembly, as well as preparing agenda proposals
    - 1st Schatzmeister
    ●Schatzmeister:     Managing the cash book: Paying invoices for projects approved by the Senate and expenses of the AGs, as well as monitoring income and expenses
    - 2nd Schatzmeister:
    ●     Organizing credit sales
    ●sales, Monitoringmonitoring the income of the AG

    Roles as a House Speaker:
    -Speaker

      Motivating members for voluntary and honorary engagement.
      - Being a trustworthy contact person and advisor for all residents and AGs
      - Mediating in problems, sometimes being just a listening ear
      -Organizing social gatherings (inviting and providing refreshments)
      -Possibly referring interested individuals to the AGs
      -Keeping members informed about important matters
