House speakers

We have 4 House Speakers:

• 1. and 2. Vorsitzender: Leading the meetings of the Senate and General Assembly, as well as preparing agenda proposals
• 1st Schatzmeister: Managing the cash book: Paying invoices for projects approved by the Senate and expenses of the AGs, as well as monitoring income and expenses
• 2nd Schatzmeister: Organizing credit sales, monitoring the income of the AG

Roles as a House Speaker

• Motivating members for voluntary and honorary engagement.
• Being a trustworthy contact person and advisor for all residents and AGs
• Mediating in problems, sometimes being just a listening ear
  
• Organizing social gatherings (inviting and providing refreshments)
• Possibly referring interested individuals to the AGs
• Keeping members informed about important matters
