# House speakers

We have 4 House Speakers:

- **1. and 2. Vorsitzender:** Leading the meetings of the Senate and General Assembly, as well as preparing agenda proposals
- **1st Schatzmeister:** Managing the cash book: Paying invoices for projects approved by the Senate and expenses of the AGs, as well as monitoring income and expenses
- **2nd Schatzmeister:** Organizing credit sales, monitoring the income of the AG

#### Roles as a House Speaker

- Motivating members for voluntary and honorary engagement.
- Being a trustworthy contact person and advisor for all residents and AGs
- Mediating in problems, sometimes being just a listening ear
- Organizing social gatherings (inviting and providing refreshments)
- Possibly referring interested individuals to the AGs
- Keeping members informed about important matters
