0th Floor
Hi and welcome to the 0th Floor AG! We are the games/socializing room in between the 1st and ground floor.

Please also note that during the exam phase, the room is only bookable from 6pm onwards.
Bicycle AG
Fahrrad-AG (Bicycle AG) is responsible for the cleanliness and rental of bicycle parking spaces in the bicycle cellar of the OIH.
Each member of the Otto-Intze-Haus e.V. can rent a bicycle parking space in the bicycle cellar, subject to availability. Allocation is done based on a waiting list.
A rent of 6€ per parking space is charged per semester. This is to be paid to members of the Bicycle AG.
The Bicycle AG is authorized to remove all bicycles that are parked unlawfully in the bicycle cellar.
Persons who park their bicycles unlawfully in the cellar must pay a compensation fee of 10€.
Belegungsausschuss
The BA carries out the occupancy (room allocation) in the student residence Otto-Intze-Haus on behalf of the Studentenwerk.
Table tennis & Outdoor
The Outdoor AG is in charge of the table tennis room . If you need table tennis rackets or billiard equipment, please ask in the group, and one of the members of the table tennis & Outdoor AG will provide them to you. Additionally, if you wish to borrow tables, benches, or a grill, you can also borrow them from the Outdoor AG. Simply inform us in the group when you require them.
Tool borrowing
Werkzeug AG ( Tool Ag) is our dorm's tool cooperative, offering a wide range of tools for free borrowing. Whether you need a hammer for a quick fix, a drill, or any other tool, Werkzeug AG has got you covered. To borrow a tool, let us know in the group what you need, and one of the Werkzeug AG members will get in touch with you to check if we have it.
House speakers
We have 4 House Speakers:
- 1. and 2. Vorsitzender: Leading the meetings of the Senate and General Assembly, as well as preparing agenda proposals
- 1st Schatzmeister: Managing the cash book: Paying invoices for projects approved by the Senate and expenses of the AGs, as well as monitoring income and expenses
- 2nd Schatzmeister: Organizing credit sales, monitoring the income of the AG
Roles as a House Speaker
- Motivating members for voluntary and honorary engagement.
- Being a trustworthy contact person and advisor for all residents and AGs
- Mediating in problems, sometimes being just a listening ear
- Organizing social gatherings (inviting and providing refreshments)
- Possibly referring interested individuals to the AGs
- Keeping members informed about important matters
Floor speakers
The floor speaker is responsible for maintaining close contact with the residents of the floor and introducing new residents. They are responsible for all information, requests, and complaints.
WaschAG
Dryer
You can dry your clothes in the dryers, completely free of charge. The top dryer is a Miele PDR 508, while the two lower ones are Miele PT 5136. Please don't forget to take out your clothes on time and to clean the filter.

Washing machine
Our washing machine is a Miele PW 5065. Have a look at the instruction manual before using it.
Detergent drawer
- The leftmost portion of the detergent drawer is meant for fabric softener. Don't put any detergent in there.
- The middle portion is for the main cycle. This is generally where you want to put your detergent.
- The rightmost portion of the detergent drawer ("Vorwäsche") is only used during special programmes or if you activate the respective option.
In case there's some detergent left over after use, please wash the detergent drawer. You can remove it by pressing the tab on its upper left side and pulling the drawer out.
